Uutx.exe command line for usb-uirt

This file was hard to find, and not linked to from the USB UIRT site that I could find. This is a windows command line tool that will allow you to control USB-UIRT Infrared controller for the computer.

uutx Usage

uutx.exe "<pronto IR code>" eg.
