Cnet scam - download.com scam

Over the last few years CNET has been scamming people more and more by packaging free software with their own custom mix of viruses, malware, and spyware. It seems they are trying to test how far a once-legit company can go to screw the people that trust it.

I do computer repair, and actually benefit when people get scammed by stuff like CNET because they come to me for help, but scams like this should not be allowed to continue.

TAKE MY ADVICE. IF YOU WANT YOUR COMPUTER TO WORK, DO NOT USE CNET OR DOWNLOAD.COM!
