My Droid 4 is a great phone with plenty of memory but to be honest, Verizon installs some awfully useless stuff in their ROMs (well and motorola too i guess).
Here is a list of stuff I froze using "freeze app" in titanium backup. My phone still works as a phone, no features seem broken, and most importantly it boots up faster with a battery life of 72 hours or so (wifi and data always on!)
