Fallout Character Cheats
These are commands that modify your Fallout 4 character's SPECIAL stats, derived stats, perks, and skills.
S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
SPECIAL abilities are the primary statistic in Fallout 4. SPECIAL points increase your character's general attributes, and are used to calculate game events like hit chance, and persuasion chance. Modifying the SPECIAL attributes of your character will unlock new perks in Fallout 4.

- Strength - Carry weight, melee and unarmed
