The Witcher 3 - Infinite Money Cheat

Witcher 3 Money Cheat

This is not an in game exploit, this is a CHEAT to get you more money in Witcher 3.

The Witcher 3 is a game where you play Geralt, a Witcher that dispels curses and whatnot. The game is fun and cheating may reduce that fun level, but here is how you get more money in Witcher 3 instantly.

Intro

We will be editing memory directly to add money into an active Witcher 3. The tool is called Cheat Engine, and can scan for values a program has in memory and then edit those values. You will need to download the tool and install it. Careful, it may install programs you do not want.

Basically Cheat Engine searches all memory addresses for how much gold you have. It pulls up a lot of entries. You spend some gold in the game and see which entry changes. Cheat Engine lets you pick out this memory address that holds your gold. You enter a new amount of gold, then save your game.

BACKUP YOUR SAVE GAMES BEFORE YOU DO THIS!!!

  • Open Cheat Engine
    Select Cheat Engine exe
  • Open Witcher 3
    • Load your game
    • Go to a merchant
    • Write down how much gold you have
  • Alt-tab out of Witcher 3 and go to Cheat Engine
    • Click the first icon in the toolbar to select the program "witcher3.exe"
    • Enter the amount of gold you have in the Value field
      Enter Current Gold Value
    • Click "First Scan"
    • In the list of results, select them all and click the red arrow to copy the addresses below
  • Go back in the Witcher 3
    • Buy anything from a merchant
    • Write down how much gold you have now
  • Go back to Cheat Engine
    • Enter your new gold in the Value field
      Enter New Gold Value
    • Click "Next Scan"
    • One memory address should appear in the list on the left. Right click and edit the value to your taste
  • Go back into Witcher 3 and reload the merchant. Save your game if it works.
